Leisure, Entertainment & Retail

In the leisure, entertainment and retail sector, Locum works with investors, developers and operators of attractions, science centres, showcase facilities, leisure parks, leisure attractions, hotels and retail-led mixed-use developments. Locum is increasingly being retained by developers of these types of destinations, which are major drivers of regional and city economic development and major contributors to the regeneration of towns and cities. Developments of this nature are now being recognised as destinations in their own right, responding to the demands from consumers for greater choice, a concentration of offers in single destinations and for a unique and individual experience.

The Locum team helps to create products, test markets, develop business plans and lever both private and public sector funding. The foundation of our service is a detailed understanding of the marketplace, the financial and operational implications of the industry and an ability to utilise this knowledge to assist in the process of project development and decision-making.
