Due to our rapid international growth we require fluent Russian speaking consultants and researchers at the following grades:

Associate Director – Fluent Russian Speaker
(£30-47,000 depending on experience)

You will be of graduate calibre (1st or 2:1), with considerable experience in a consulting environment, working under pressure to deliver strategic advice to clients at Board and Executive level. Possessing excellent inter-personal skills, you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering high quality, profitable, consultancy advice to the high professional standards established within Locum.

You will be adaptable and analytical, willing to travel and keen to take on responsibility. You will, of course, have excellent verbal and written communication abilities and project management, financial modelling, teamwork and autonomy are essential skills. You will have a familiarity with both the public and private sectors.

International experience in the property, tourism or leisure sectors would be an advantage, as would operational management experience.
